Work you’ll do:
The SEA L&D Assistant Manager or Senior is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of compliance learning programs across the region. This role ensures a seamless, standardized, and regulatory-compliant learning experience by managing communications, tracking learner progress, and reporting outcomes. The role acts as a key liaison between Risk, Country Teams, Business Units (BUs), and other L&D stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Learning Program Management : Plan and manage compliance and other programs tailored to BU needs and regulatory standards.
- Learning Assignment & Communication : Allocate training modules to employees based on their roles and regulatory requirements. Manage communications across channels (e.g., email, intranet) to ensure clarity, engagement, and timely completion.
- Training Progress Monitoring & Analytics : Track and monitor training completion across all BUs. Use data analytics to generate insights, identify gaps, and ensure all employees meet their compliance learning requirements.
- Compliance Reporting : Produce and distribute regular reports on training completion rates and compliance status to relevant stakeholders. Support decision-making and regulatory assurance through accurate and timely reporting.
- Training Records Management : Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all compliance training activities, completions, and certifications to support audits and internal reviews.
- Employee Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance learning queries. Provide guidance and resolve issues to ensure a smooth learner experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Collaborate closely with Risk, BU, Country and other L&D teams to ensure compliance training programs are consistently delivered across all Business Units to ensure precision, consistency, and accountability in meeting regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on compliance or regulatory training.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) , Microsoft Excel, database management and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
