Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Trane Rental Services customers to ensure maximum revenues through account penetration.
- Establish new rental customers through phone calls and in-person visits to potential customers.
- Present a full range of turnkey services to potential customers.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities, build customer relationships.
- Drive the development of programs to create awareness and demand for Rental Service.
- Function as a sales representative and liaison between customers and the office.
- Perform analysis on customer needs and uses, and ascertain current market opportunities.
- Increase sales to existing accounts and establish systematic customer contact to provide ongoing information.
- Maintain records of sales, customer information, and requests by updating data.
- Other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of leading rental service business experience
- Familiar and understanding of rental business and industries
- Familiar with P&L
- Knowledge of construction or related equipment is preferred; however, candidates with comparable industry experience, a strong sales acumen and record of achievement will be considered
- High intellectual abilities to sell complex products and customer solutions
- More experienced sales representatives may be assigned larger and/or more complex projects and equipment solutions
- Possess strong negotiation and selling skills, and excellent customer service skills
- Strong presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Possess knowledge of all types of HVAC equipment is a plus
- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently & willing to travel
- Proficiency with computer skills and MS Office (especially Word and Excel)

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
