We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Key Account Executive to join our team. This role involves executing sales and marketing plans, monitoring promotions, and ensuring the success of our products in the market.
What You Will Do:
- Sales & Marketing Execution: Implement and execute sales and marketing plans as set by the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Promotion Monitoring: Oversee the execution and success of promotions such as Purchase with Purchase (PWP) and Gift with Purchase (GWP). Provide feedback and insights to superiors.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' developments and marketing strategies, and report findings to superiors.
- Stock Management: Monitor aged and slow-moving stocks, and recommend marketing actions to superiors.
- Training & Development: Conduct product knowledge training for staff at respective outlets.
- Customer Engagement: Promote and educate consumers about our products, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned outlets.
- Event Management: Ensure promotional events are executed on time and effectively at respective outlets.
- Reporting: Provide detailed sales analysis and reports as required by superiors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or healthcare-related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including pharmacy staff and customers.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
- Willing to travel for work and visit multiple outlets regularly
- A proactive and self-motivated team player capable of working independently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
