Join Our Growing Team as a Account Executive / Account Assistant!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a full set of accounts, including AP & AR and perform month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities within the given timeline.
- Assist in managing day-to-day account operations such as processing transactions, issuing cheques, updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Handle data entry and responsible for daily accounts recording functions.
- Process monthly billing claims and payments.
- Coordinate and liaise with related departments on accounting matters.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Perform checking & posting on Inter-Company billing transactions & reconciliation.
- Maintain organised & proper filling system
- Assist ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent or Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA, ACCA, MICA, ICAEW or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience from audit/tax background is highly desired.
- Working experience with property developer/construction company will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office application will be preferred.
