Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and decision-makers in retail chains.
- Negotiate trading terms, product listings, and promotional plans with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper execution of merchandising plans at store level.
- Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and campaign execution.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews to management.
- Handle in-store activities such as promotional events, product launches, and sampling programs.
Requirements
Education:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Other Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, key account management, or trade marketing is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
