Job Description:
- Handle billing inquiries from customers.
- Key in daily, weekly and monthly bills in the system.
- Issues invoice for customers.
- Liaise with the internal operation team for their timely completion and submission of billing documents.
- Ensure delivery documents are tally against billed charges for completeness and accuracy of billing.
- Deliver accurate and timely billing for the business customers while improving customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports after end month closing.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirement:
- At least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Certificate at any level at relevant field.
- At least 1-year experiences/knowledge in billing process.
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office Software.
- Good command in Malay and English.
- Meticulous and able to multi-tasking.
- Fast-paced work rate.
- Willing to work overtime.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
