Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances
Location : PJ Trade
Working Day : Monday – Friday
Working Hours : 9am – 6pm
Job Scope:
- Interact with customers and respond to their needs promptly.
- Gather customer information, assess the situation, and identify issues by evaluating and analyzing symptoms.
- Provide follow-up and schedule call-backs to customers when necessary.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Experience working with networks in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with other operating systems (Linux, macOS) is an advantage.
- Experience in server administration (Windows or Mac).
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
