We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Indoor Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Assist Account Managers in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Process sales orders, follow up on deliveries, and update customers on order status.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and pain points
- Build and maintain positive relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end customers.
- Handle after-sales support and escalate technical/operational issues to the relevant teams.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in internal systems.
- Generate sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking for management.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing teams on product promotions and campaigns.
- Support sales team in organizing customer meetings, webinars, and events.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or similar role with at least 2 years inside sales experience in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Result oriented and the ability to execute
- Good multi-tasking skill, proactive and organised
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
