Responsibilities:
- To declare Custom forms (K1, K2, K3, K8).
- To prepare Custom form draft to provide to customers.
- Handling import and export customs procedures / experience in handling forwarding related transactions.
- To liaise with customers.
- To handle customer inquiries and feedback on our services provided.
- Able to work as a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
Requirements:
- Familiar with all shipping documentations is an added advantage.
- Must be able to converse well in English and Bahasa.
- Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
