We are a fast-growing FMCG export company with offices in Malaysia, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Panama. To strengthen our international operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Export Coordinator from India who is ready to relocate and be based in Malaysia.
Job Description:
- Coordinate export documentation, logistics, and compliance from order to delivery
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams across multiple countries
- Monitor shipment schedules, invoicing, and customs clearances
- Ensure timely execution of export orders and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain and update export records and reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export coordination, preferably in FMCG or trading
- Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or Tamil is a plus
- Willing and able to relocate and work in Malaysia full time
