Responsibilities:-
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Work with department heads to understand workforce needs and plan manpower requirements.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the job market.
- Participate in or organize recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities to attract potential candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. General HR & Administration Support
- Assist in other HR functions such as employee engagement, and HR reporting.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and training logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Support office administration tasks when needed.
Requirements: -
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the engineering and construction industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, and employer branding.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Possess pleasant personality and able to work well with all levels of employees;
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Has interest to develop career in human resources.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
