- Manage HR administration including employee confirmations, renewals, letters and personnel files.
- Assist in application and renewal of work passes for foreign workers.
- Leave administrator for e-leave system and follow up on all employee leave applications, including ensuring accuracy of leave details.
- Coordinate partial recruitment process including notification to relevant parties on new hire’s commencement date and arranging date for safety and QMS induction.
- Conduct orientation for new hires on ad-hoc basis.
- Ensure resignation process is adhered to and appropriate exit clearance is carried out.
- Work with Safety Coordinator/Safety Officer on work injury reports and all submissions to relevant parties promptly/ iReport WICA claims.
- Administer medical benefits, issue petrol cards and submission of claims for insurance purposes.
- Assisting in Payroll calculation.
- Updating of OT timesheets as and when required.
- Involvement in the safety related matters including attending monthly safety meetings when required.
- Liaise with training providers on registration of training applications.

Educational Qualification and Experience
· Diploma or Bachelor's and its equivalent
· 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience as HR Generalist;
· Preferably with experience from manufacturing, marine/offshore environment
· Knowledge of Expatriate/FW/Employment Act and MOM regulations
