Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Lead to spearhead the ASEAN-wide implementation of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Kissflow and ZingHR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, integrating, and standardizing HR processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with regional statutory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Implementation: Lead the implementation of Kissflow and ZingHR across the ASEAN region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional HR processes.
- Workflow Configuration: Configure custom workflows, data fields, and automation logic to meet regional statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for internal HR, IT, and external vendors, managing stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the implementation process.
- Data Migration & Testing: Oversee data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities, ensuring 100% adoption across target countries.
- System Integration: Drive the integration of HRIS with payroll, attendance, and finance platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Post-Implementation Support: Lead troubleshooting, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Data Privacy & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA) and implement system security best practices across all operating regions.
- Training & Support: Deliver comprehensive system training, manuals, and hands-on support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers to facilitate effective system usage.
- Reporting: Prepare Steering Committee (SteerCo) decks and reports, presenting updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation actions to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation, particularly with Kissflow and ZingHR.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements across ASEAN countries.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in system security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
