- Research, identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, associations, industry events, and more.
- Utilize CRM software, google suite and lead generation tools to track and manage leads effectively.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience.
- Build and manage a database of potential clients and track lead conversion rates.
- Track KPI and hit the target for the lead generation goals.
Qualifications required
- At least 1 year of working experience in a call-centre or related environment.
- Language proficiency in English/ Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
- Customer-orientated with good communication skills and active listening skills.
- Fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills.
