KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Maintain and update HRIS master data; ensure data integrity across system (HRIS, payroll, statutory platforms).

2) Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee life-cycle transactions (e.g. onboarding, transfer, promotion, exit).

3) End-to-end payroll processing in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.

4) Act as system support and first point of contact for HRIS issues; escalate and liaise with vendors as needed.
- 90% of user queries resolve within SLA
5) Ensure compliance with HR Operations SOPs, audit requirements, and statutory obligations.

6)Coordinate with Finance and other dept. for payroll, claims and employees records.%
-No interdept delays affecting payroll/claims
7) Administer to the group insurance and medical such as monthly update of staff enrolment and deletion.
-No delays in notifying the relevant parties of any movements
8) Check monthly and annual billings, prepare corresponding memos and upload documents to designated folder for payment processing.
-Ensure payments are made accurately and in accordance with the payment terms
