JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist hiring managers in finding the right candidates.
- Facilitate Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience through HR orientations, documentation management, and integration support for new hires.
- Support Performance Management: Maintain accurate employee records, track key HR documentation, and assist in coordinating performance-related activities.
- Coordinate Employee Development: Identify development needs, organize training initiatives, and maintain development records to support continuous learning.
- Handle Employee Relations: Address inquiries, manage grievances and feedback, and escalate complex issues to foster a respectful workplace.
- Enhance Employee Retention: Support engagement initiatives, organize team activities, and promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.
- Liaise with Government and Local Authorities: Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage interactions with government and local authorities.
- Other Assignments: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
