Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical, medical, nursing, and administrative roles.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Assist with credentialing and verification of healthcare professionals (licenses, certifications, etc.).
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Organize employee welfare, engagement, and wellness programs.
- Support hospital and clinic staff in resolving workplace concerns.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (physical & digital).
- Process employment letters, contracts, confirmation, and termination documents.
- Track attendance, leaves, and manage medical certificates & time-off requests.
- Assist with payroll preparation and data collation.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital/clinic licensing requirements, and HR policies.
- Assist in audits and reporting to regulatory bodies (e.g. Ministry of Health, Labour Office).
- Monitor and update policies in line with healthcare industry standards and legal changes.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate mandatory training and certifications for medical and non-medical staff.
- Support professional development programs and Continuous Medical Education (CME) activities.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
