Role Overview
As our HR Executive (Hybrid), you will:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and the Employee Handbook, ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws and best practices.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB), ensuring statutory compliance.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and terminations through a compliance lens.
- Maintain vigilant awareness of evolving labor regulations to proactively mitigate legal risks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in HR roles with significant exposure to policy development and compliance.
- In-depth understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS solutions and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and integrity.
- Required to visit our Pontian office at least once weekly or monthly; otherwise, the role supports work-from-home flexibility.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
