Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), and Mandarin (added advantage)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Familiarity with employee relations principles and practices.
- Foreign worker management.
- Knowledge of basic labor law compliance requirements in Malaysia.
- Ability to assist with performance management processes, including tracking and documentation.
- Experience or knowledge of onboarding procedures for new employees.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work full-time in Puchong.
Responsibility
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support employee relations activities, including organizing employee events, addressing employee inquiries, and assisting with conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and assisting with audits.
- Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers and employees.
- Manage employee attendance records, track leave requests, and ensure OT accurate calculation.
- Foreign worker management including onboarding, off boarding and renewals.
