We’re Hiring: Administrative Executive
Joey&Mom is looking for a reliable and highly organized Administrative Executive to support our growing operations. You’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day workflow—keeping things running smoothly across admin, coordination, and documentation.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (emails, filing, data entry, record keeping)
- Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams on schedules and documents
- Track and organize company files, product information, and contracts
- Support HR-related tasks (leave tracking, interview scheduling, onboarding)
- Assist with event, meeting, and travel arrangements when needed
Who You Are:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- A good communicator, both written and verbal
-Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently
-Bonus: Experience in admin for retail, e-commerce, or small businesses
