Key Responsibility
- Processing and evaluating medical insurance claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
- Reviewing documentation, verifying coverage, and coordinating with seniors to support smooth claim handling.
- Escalate enquiries or complex cases to seniors as per guidelines.
- Process claim payments according to company policies.
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Experience working in insurance field is required.
- Able to speak fluently in Traditional Cantonese

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
