Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and agents via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Support the customer service team in resolving complaints or issues.
- Maintain proper records of interactions and transactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to customer support operations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or any related field.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
- Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work at our office in Setia Alam.
- Internship duration: Minimum 3 months, up to 6 months.
