1.0 Responsibility & Authority:
1.1 Maintain and update halal documentation and certification records
1.2 Assist in the renewal and submission of halal certifications with authorities (e.g., JAKIM)
1.3 Coordinate with certification bodies and suppliers for compliance updates
1.4 Track and file halal-related documents for internal and external audits
1.5 Conduct internal checks to ensure compliance with halal standards
1.6 Monitor and update the halal status of raw materials and ingredients
1.7 Support the quality assurance team in halal-related inspections
1.8 Communicate halal requirements to relevant departments and teams
1.9 Verify halal compliance in supply chain processes
1.10 Prepare reports on halal compliance and submit to management
1.11 Coordinate with departments on halal awareness and training programs
1.12 Handle incident reports related to non-compliance with halal practices
1.13 Assist in developing and updating SOPs for halal processes in line with regulatory standards
1.14 Organize halal training sessions for new and existing staff
1.15 Update and maintain a list of approved halal suppliers
1.16 Ensure halal standards are consistently upheld across the organization

3.0 Qualification & Experience:
3.1 Minimum Diploma and Degree in any related field (e.g., Administration, Quality Control)
3.2 At least 1-2 years of experience in administration, quality assurance, or halal compliance
3.3 Basic understanding of halal certification processes and Islamic dietary laws
