Position: Front Office Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: The 5 Elements Hotel, Jalan Sultan (Chinatown), Kuala Lumpur
Availability: Able to start within 2 weeks or 1-month notice
Open to Malaysian citizens & PR holders

Job Scope / Responsibilities:
  • Handle front desk operations – check-ins (registration), check-outs (cashiering), and guest arrivals/departures
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, enquiries, and complaints
  • Perform night audit duties when required

Requirements:
  • Must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or related fields
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages is an advantage)
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Reservations is an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related field preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in Jalan Sultan (Chinatown), Kuala Lumpur
