Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal of insurance policies for the company’s entire fleet (trucks, trailers, vans, company cars).
- Prepare, review, and maintain insurance-related documentation, including policy schedules and road tax renewals.
- Liaise with insurance companies and brokers to obtain quotations, compare coverage, and ensure appropriate protection.
- Ensure all policies are renewed on time, avoiding penalties and coverage gaps.
- Handle insurance claims in the event of accidents, including gathering supporting documents and coordinating with insurers.
- Prepare and maintain insurance cost reports and annual expenditure analysis for management review.
- Support the logistics/operations team to ensure fleet vehicles comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
- Candidates with basic experience in insurance or fleet administration will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills to liaise with insurers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with strong record-keeping abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
