Aufgaben
These tasks await you as an intern for Fleet Management of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia:
- To support in vehicle registration process documentation
- To assist in monitoring vehicle movements, managing requests based on vehicle schedule
- To ensure a safekeeping and storing of fleet management documents, and providing the documents when necessary
- To support on vehicle assetizing and road tax/insurance renewals
- To prepare Purchase Orders on the requested service/jobs for fleet vehicles
- To support Fleet Management team in the daily operations, administrative or other adhoc tasks.
These are the outcomes expected from the task given:
- Understanding of how the automotive industry works including government regulations that could be applied in real-life situations
- Enriched knowledge on Mercedes-Benz vehicles portfolio
- Improved data organization
- Increased networking between internal and external colleagues
- Strengthen communication in corporate world
- Sharpen MICROSOFT OS abilities (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Increased understanding on vehicle/fleet management process in a company
Qualifikationen
Requirements:
- Minimum undergoing a degree program in Malaysian tertiary education establishment
- Able to commit 6 months internship in our company.
- Structured, meticulous, results-driven and adaptable.
- Good communicator and team player
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Fast learner to grasp new systems & processes is highly preferred.
- Valid Malaysian Drivers License.
