Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full spectrum of Finance and General Accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Compile and update financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including ad-hoc financial analyses for Management as required.
- Oversee treasury operations, alongside cash flow management.
- Contribute to the annual budget process and generate monthly budget performance reports for Management review.
- Prepare and submit Sales and Service Tax (SST) reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle E-Invoicing processes, ensuring timely reporting and submission.
- Provide support for the annual audit and tax filing procedures.
- Assist with cost management activities.
- Support the execution of enterprise risk management activities.
- Ensure compliance with established accounting standards, internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines in all financial activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in Accounting & Finance - General / Cost Accounting.
- Experience in finance management systems is required, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
- Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; reliable team player with a positive mindset and learning-driven attitude.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
