We are a Western restaurant known for our award-winning Fish & Chips, now hiring Cooks for our dine-in outlet in Damansara/PJ. This kitchen is fast-paced and focused on speed, hot food, and clean execution — no delays, no excuses.
You’ll be part of a disciplined, high-performing team where everyone pulls their weight. No ego, no waiting for instructions — just teamwork, urgency, and commitment.
What You’ll Do:
- Cook fresh food fast, following SOPs and plating standards
- Ensure all dishes go out hot and on time
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and prepped (mise en place)
- Follow hygiene & food safety rules (storage, labeling, FIFO)
- Support the team and assist kitchen leadership as needed
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen with valid IC
- Min 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen (dine-in preferred)
- Works well under pressure and during peak dining hours
- Matches or exceeds the speed of foreign team members
- Punctual, responsible, and open to feedback
- Willing to work weekends, PH, and night shifts
