1.1. Welcome, receive and register patients and visitor particulars into the system.
1.2. Answering patient inquires and transferring calls to direct and departments.
1.3. Scheduling appointments for patients.
1.4. Explain the daycare admission procedures clearly to the patient.
1.5. Maintain and update patient records and accounts.
1.6. Process payments for patients and issuing receipts.
1.7. Keeping track of office supplies, inventories and placing orders as necessary.
1.8. Maintain patient, visitor and staff confidentiality.
1.9. Ensuring maintenance of the reception area.
1.10. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
2. Requirements:
2.1. Minimum diploma in nursing.
2.2. Able to work flexibly such as shift work, weekends and public holidays, and is reliable, dependable, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
2.3. Good communication skills - written and verbal.
2.4. Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM7,156.19 per month
