KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Increase occupancy rate
- Build relationships with current & new tenants
- Build relationships with Real Estate Agents
- Prepare monthly report
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor tenancy expiry dates & negotiate next tenancy details
- Prepare paper work for new & current tenancies
- Obtain approval of rates/psf for new & renewal of current tenancies
- Appoint lawyers to prepare Tenancy Agreements
- Monitor progress of Tenancy Agreements up to obtaining a stamped copy for our records
- Maintain proper filing for ease of reference
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
