As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies that align with our business goals and market demands. You will lead a team of leasing agents, providing training and support to maximize their performance and achieve occupancy targets. Your expertise in tenant relations and negotiation will be essential in facilitating lease agreements that benefit both the company and our clients. The Leasing Manager will also be actively involved in market research, analyzing trends, and adjusting tactics to remain competitive. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are crucial, as you will interact with various stakeholders, including potential tenants, property owners, and service providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of leasing agents to optimize performance.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Analyze market trends to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and property owners.
- Prepare and maintain reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market conditions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Willing to be based in Petaling Jaya
- Strong understanding of leasing regulations and tenant rights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and leasing tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
