What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound/outbound Telco customer calls
- Assist with billing, service requests & complaints
- Provide accurate info and great customer experience
- Meet quality & productivity KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum SPM/Diploma
- Strong English & BM (Mandarin/Tamil is a plus)
- Customer-first, positive attitude
- Call centre experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Able to commit to Sept–Nov part-time shifts
