Location: Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:
- Attending to inbound, live chats, and emails
- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedback in a timely and accurate way
- Manage customer complaints and customer feedback
Requirements:
- SPM and Fresh Graduates are welcome to start their first career in a call center - Full Training Provided
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to RM2,900.00 per month
