Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customers satisfaction through effective communication related to orders, shipments and complaints.
- Work closely with sales team to manage orders and shipments.
- Monitor shipments against delivery date and ensure smooth delivery process.
- Perform checking and prepare full set of export shipping documents.
- Assist in accounts receivables (AR) for checking overdue invoices and credit limit of new orders.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and work schedule.
- Collaborate with other teams (Finance, IT, Sales) to execute the job tasks effectively.
- Undertake any other duties assign by management.
Candidate Requirement
- Experience in order management and handling full set export shipping documents
- Experience in using ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.
- Able to work effectively, independently and a team player
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
