The Customer Service is an entry level administrative role that supports the smooth operation of the service desk function. This role involves tasks such as coordinating service requests, assisting the client service desk team, and maintaining documentation and records to support efficient incident resolution and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Service Desk team
• Receive, validate, and log client requests, ensuring accurate detail capture
• Assist in generating customer reports and maintaining documentation
• Perform other related tasks as assigned
• No shift work required; business hours only
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Assist in generating customer reports and maintaining documentation
• Calm and focused under routine tasks
• Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlinesAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:
• High School Certification (Diploma or Degree is a plus)
Required experience:• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in Cyberjaya (On-site)
Good-to-have (not mandatory)
• Cantonese and Putonghua skills
• Basic knowledge in the technology Industry or Call Centre environment
