Customer Service – Transport / Logistics
- Customer Enquiries
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chats regarding shipment booking, delivery status, schedules, and service details.
- Shipment Coordination
- Liaise with the operations team and drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery according to the customer’s request.
- Shipment Tracking & Updates
- Monitor deliveries in the system and update customers on shipment locations, delays, or changes.
- Issue & Complaint Handling
- Manage cases of delays, damages, or rejected goods by investigating, providing solutions, and following up until closure.
- Rejection Management
- Record details of rejected deliveries, inform customers promptly, and coordinate re-delivery or return.
- Documentation & Records
- Prepare delivery orders, Proof of Delivery (POD), rejection reports, and update all records in the system accurately.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting
- Submit daily/weekly reports on delivery status, rejections, and customer feedback to the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
