Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, warehouse staff, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to warehouse operations.
- Process and track orders accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory and stock availability.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or warehouse/logistics operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve issues efficiently.
