Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the graphic design team, ensuring clear communication of project requirements.
- Understand client needs, translate them into creative briefs, and convey to designers accurately.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and revisions to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, feedback sessions, and service excellence.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and manage client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and present proposals, progress reports, and final project outcomes to clients.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
