Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this full-time, in-person role, you will engage directly with customers to promote our clients’ products and services, represent brands professionally, and contribute to sales growth through face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns
- Build rapport with potential customers and deliver clear product presentations
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to work in a face-to-face, fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in Malaysia
- No prior experience required — full training provided

- Role involves in-person work in residential, retail, or event-based settings
