Responsibilities:
1. Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on industries, markets, and client-specific challenges
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and refine strategic recommendations for client projects.
2. Project Support
- Assist in the design and implementation of client-specific solutions.
- Support the development of frameworks, tools, and strategies for client challenges.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
3. Internal Department Development
- Assist in developing and streamlining internal processes for the Management Consulting Unit.
- Support the creation and implementation of knowledge management systems, templates, and tools.
- Participate in team-building initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the department.
- Assist in the preparation of internal training sessions for junior team members.
4. Business Development (BD)
- Support the preparation of business proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, including case studies, brochures, and reports.
- Attend networking events and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
5. Client Engagement
- Prepare materials and facilitate discussions during client meetings and workshops.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the internal consulting team.
- Address client feedback and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for projects, including work plans, progress reports, and final deliverables.
- Create high-quality slide decks, reports, and proposals for internal and external use.
7. Continuous Learning & Development
- Stay updated on emerging consulting methodologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Actively participate in training and development programs offered by the organisation.
- Contribute to personal development goals aligned with the consulting role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in (CGPA Above 3.25): Business Administration, Economics, or Management, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics
- Minimum 2 years working experience in consulting or related fields.
- Familiarity with business operations, project management, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage time effectively.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel for client projects.
- Fluency in Malay and English
