We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Executive to join our growing team at Elliot & Co. This is a dynamic, all-rounded role supporting our Finance, and Admin functions — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain multi-disciplinary exposure.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating statutory filings, handling administrative matters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. If you’re proactive, resourceful, and want to grow into a strategic operations role, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Admin Support
- Track and follow up on aged receivables, ensuring timely collection and accurate updates in the relevant spreadsheets.
- Handle monthly report submissions and employee expense claims.
- Process payments, send invoices to clients, and support day-to-day finance admin tasks.
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with leave administration and payroll-related documentation.
- Manage office supplies and pantry refreshment inventory.
Other Duties
- Filing, documentation, and general support for business operations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in administrative, operations, or finance/admin/office support roles.
- Familiar with basic accounting, payroll, and statutory compliance practices.
- Competent in using MS Office, accounting tools, and online government portals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Points For:
- Prior experience with ACRA filings or XBRL preparation.
- Knowledge of Malaysian and Singaporean accounting practices.
- Experience in handling both finance and admin functions in a startup or SME environment.
