Key Responsibilities:
- Received and acknowledge Invoices
- Filing and labelling
- Print cheque
- Arrange documents/payments for signing
- Arrange archive old file
- Scanning monthly bank statement, any other necessary documents
- Coordinate with admin on the despatch matter
- Assist PIC when necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum SPM in any field.
- Good in Data Entry and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Committed, supportive, and able to work independently.
