Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the production line to handle baking, stuffing, shaping and finishing high-quality bread.
- Manage outlet production operation and flow.
- Train and guide new staff on baking skills and SOPs.
- Monitor production cost and ensure product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years and above related bakery working experiences & knowledge.
- Proven experience managing and training a team of 5 - 10 staff.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Leadership, able to guide and train for new join staff
- Willing to travel between outlets as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
