Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the bakery to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality products.
- Manage and train bakery staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order ingredients, and manage supplies to maintain optimal stock for production.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery area.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the management team to create new recipes and product offerings based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on all baked goods, ensuring adherence to presentation and taste standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bakery or similar food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Effective communication skills, enabling clear direction and feedback to team members.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
