Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee financial activities of subsidiaries and related companies.
- Guide subsidiaries on finance operations, compliance, and reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely submission of tax filings and statutory reports (CP204 & SST).
- Familiar E-Invoice Processing.
- Monitor bank balances, deposits, and oversee intercompany loans, capital injections.
- Prepare and maintain the monthly rent roll, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Manage billing adjustments resulting from lease amendments, modifications, terminations, or novation’s, including changes to commencement dates or rent-free periods.
- Ensuring all submissions are properly documented and comply with internal policies.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Review and activate lease agreements—including original, modified, terminated, or novated leases.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all financial operations adhere to tax regulations, internal controls, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the real estate, property or investment management industry.
- Degree qualification majoring in Accounting and/or Finance, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels.
- Proficient in Autocount & Microsoft office Work, Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Advance Excel formula)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
