Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients
- Prepare candidate profiles, reports, and documents for client review
- Update and maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates on document collection, interview attendance, and onboarding requirements
- Support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and online assessments
- Ensure all recruitment-related documents are properly filed and archived
