Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients
  • Prepare candidate profiles, reports, and documents for client review
  • Update and maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Follow up with candidates on document collection, interview attendance, and onboarding requirements
  • Support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and online assessments
  • Ensure all recruitment-related documents are properly filed and archived
