A. Membership Administration
- Manage and respond to membership-related emails
- Verify pharmacist registrations via Prisma
- Log and track new membership applications
- Prepare membership list for council approval and send confirmation emails to approved members
- Maintain and update the MPS membership database and AC Membership List
- Verify and compile membership information for JomQuit, Shopee, and other internal/external programs
B. iBulletin & Website Updates
- Update new member details into Brevo for iBulletin distribution
- Coordinate with relevant personnel to update the MPS website
C. Accounts Support
- Forward invoice and receipt requests to the Finance Department
- Issue invoices and receipts to members upon confirmation from Finance
D. Event Coordination
- Assist in event registration processes
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to events and campaigns
E. Customer Service
- Handle incoming calls and log inquiries using the customer service tracking system
- Generate regular customer service reports
F. General Administrative Tasks
- Manage and escalate complaints through the SISPAA system
- Regularly back up the MPS server data to an external drive
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Office Management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Able to multitask and work independently
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
