Job Description:
- Ensure smooth daily administrative operations.
- Maintain proper filing systems, office inventory and documentation.
- Oversee cleanliness, office upkeep and maintenance coordination.
- Prepare, manage, store documents, reports and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery and pantry stock.
- Source quotations and assist with vendor management.
- Liaise with external parties such as suppliers, government agencies, and service providers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence professionally.
- Monitor company vehicle service schedules, insurance and maintenance.
- Keep records of company assets and ensure proper tagging and tracking.
- Assist with basic IT-related purchases and coordination with IT vendors.
- Monitor office equipment (e.g., printers, laptops) for functionality and service needs.
- Assist in tracking and renewing licenses, permits and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and minimum 2 year experience in related field.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and time management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM (Monday – Friday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
