Job Description
Administrative Support
Handle day-to-day office administration, documentation, and filing.
Manage correspondence (emails, letters, memos) and maintain records.
Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
HR Support
Assist HR in recruitment coordination (arranging interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records).
Support onboarding/offboarding processes (documentation, access cards, IT setup coordination).
Help track attendance, leave applications, and update HR systems.
Support HR with employee engagement activities and compliance documentation.
Accounts Support
Assist Accounts team with basic bookkeeping and data entry.
Handle invoice preparation, payment follow-ups, and expense claims.
Maintain records of petty cash, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Support monthly payroll documentation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
1–3 years of working experience in administration / HR / accounts.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
