Job Description

Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day office administration, documentation, and filing.

  • Manage correspondence (emails, letters, memos) and maintain records.

  • Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.

HR Support

  • Assist HR in recruitment coordination (arranging interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records).

  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes (documentation, access cards, IT setup coordination).

  • Help track attendance, leave applications, and update HR systems.

  • Support HR with employee engagement activities and compliance documentation.

Accounts Support

  • Assist Accounts team with basic bookkeeping and data entry.

  • Handle invoice preparation, payment follow-ups, and expense claims.

  • Maintain records of petty cash, reimbursements, and vendor payments.

  • Support monthly payroll documentation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of working experience in administration / HR / accounts.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
