Location: Jalan Sultan Nazrin Shah, Ipoh
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support for both Unikampar (collection & accounts) and Uniyelee Insurance (insurance administration). This role covers clerical tasks, document handling, and data entry to ensure smooth and efficient office operations across both companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle collection and account-related paperwork (Unikampar).
- Manage insurance quotation and claim documentation (Uniyelee Insurance).
- Perform data entry into loan systems, company systems, or spreadsheets.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Provide general office administrative support, including filing, scanning, printing, copying, and document distribution.
- Follow up to ensure timely processing and completion of documents.
- Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- 0–1 year or more working experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English and Malay.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
